Dakota, the lead designer at Art de Vie Interiors, hails from Taos, New Mexico, where her deep connection to nature and creativity sparked her design journey. After studying at UC Berkeley, she spent 15 years in Europe, raising a family and working in lighting design while earning certifications in French, Fine Art Printmaking, and Sculpture. Dakota's passion for interior design flourished as she began renovating historic homes for contemporary lifestyles.
